About Us


We are a newly established counseling practice located in Caldwell, Idaho. We’re working hard to expand and provide access to mental health care in a state that all too often ranks last in these vital services. Our community deserves better—and we’re committed to being part of that change.

We’re hiring for a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or license-eligible).
We openly offer $45/hr to start and up DOE-as we make sure we’re a great fit for each other.

Medicaid changes have made this work more challenging, yet our commitment to high-quality care for underserved clients hasn’t changed. Because these shifts impact clinician pay, we choose to be transparent from the start. If this honesty and mission resonate with you, we’d love to connect.

Kristina is a Board-approved LCSW supervisor, allowing us to provide meaningful, high-quality supervision that supports you in building the clinical skills you need and want as you work toward independent licensure.

You’ll also have the freedom to set your own work hours and choose the client population that aligns with your goals and expertise— tell us what you want, and we will support you in making it happen. This is a place for growth, independence, and a collaborative journey toward professional success.
